Exclusive Recording Transfer
Transfer of an exclusive recording to a single owner. The song is sold once, permanently removed from the marketplace, and the buyer receives a legal proof of ownership.
Producer Agreement
Work-for-hire agreement between a song buyer and a producer hired to create additional arrangements, remixes, or derivative works based on the purchased asset.
